Our beautiful villa with its own swimming pool is beautifully situated in complete privacy in the Languedoc wine region. The fantastic view of the hilly landscape with vineyards is never boring. The spacious garden is covered with Mediterranean plants, oleander, palms, mimosa, almond and citrus trees. The various terraces around the house offer plenty of opportunities to relax in the sun or in the shade. Here you can enjoy a wonderful and peaceful holiday in the south of France.
And if you feel like a little more action, the immediate area has a lot to offer!

Sights
Villa la Pinède is a 5-minute walk from the village center of the historic wine village of Neffiès and in the vicinity of Montpellier, Béziers and the fortified city of Carcassonne.
Local market
The weekly market of the nearby medieval art town of Pézenas is very nice to visit.
Activities
Neffiès and the surrounding area offer plenty of hiking, cycling and mountain biking opportunities.
Beach
The Mediterranean Sea is a 30-minute drive from the villa. Visit the beautiful coastal towns of Sète and Agde.
